Armenia, Azerbaijan were able to agree on main principles of peace treaty – Pashinyan

"Armenia and Azerbaijan were able to agree on the main principles of the peace treaty," Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during the opening ceremony of the autumn session of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Yerevan, APA reports citing TASS. "We have good and bad news regarding the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process. Main principles of the peace with Azerbaijan have been agreed. This has happened as a result my meetings with Azerbaijani President in Brussels through the mediation of the President of the European Council Charles Michel," he stated. As for the biggest bad news, Pashinyan said that "the two sides still talk in different diplomatic languages and often do not understand each-other". He brought to attention that there are objective reasons for this. Armenian Prime Minister noted that this was caused by "multiple years of conflict, thousands of victims, dozens of prisoners and other factors". Source: Azeri-Press News Agency
