Baku: Next year, the average monthly salary in Azerbaijan is set to increase by 9.1%, reaching AZN 1,080.1.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this information is highlighted in the Chamber of Accounts’ review of the draft law “On the State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025.”

The report outlines that from 2025 to 2028, the average monthly salary will see an annual growth of 7.1%, eventually reaching AZN 1,326.4. The slightly accelerated growth in 2025 is attributed to a planned increase in the minimum wage by AZN 55, which represents a 15.9% rise.
