Azerbaijan Army Positions Under Fire in Gorus and Basarkechar Regions


Gorus: Azerbaijan Army positions came under fire in the Gorus and Basarkechar regions. On March 20, between 12:30 and 15:15, the Armenian armed forces units, stationed in the Khanazakh settlement of Gorus region and the Zarkand settlement of Basarkechar region, used small arms to periodically target the Azerbaijan Army positions, according to the Ministry of Defense.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the incident was reported by the Ministry of Defense, highlighting the ongoing tensions in the region. The Ministry detailed that the Armenian forces engaged in intermittent firing during the specified timeframe, causing concern over the stability and security of the affected areas.
