Baku: A new right has been granted to the State Service on Property Issues in Azerbaijan, reflecting an amendment to the “Regulation on the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy.” This change comes through a decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the rights extended to the Service include organizing activities related to property maintenance and the management of seized properties. Additionally, the Service is now empowered to provide opinions on property management within the scope of handling seized property until such property is sold, leased, or otherwise managed.
