Azerbaijan and Iraq have signed an Agreement on air connection between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Iraq, APA reports. Rashad Nabiyev, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the President of the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority (ICAA), H.E.
