BAKU: Amendments have been made to the “Regulations on the centralized electronic information system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, Trend reports.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a relevant decree in this regard.

The changes stipulate that several institutions-including the Azerbaijani Parliament, the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsperson), Azerbaijan’s courts, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, and the State Migration Service-along with others such as the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Economy, State Border Service, State Service for Special Communications and Information Security, State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Objects, State Customs Committee, and the General Prosecutor’s Office-are required to submit information contained in documents related to state comp
ulsory personal insurance to the subsystem of “State Compulsory Personal Insurance” on the day the documents are processed.

Additionally, the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On State Secrets,” is advised to submit no later than 5 (five) working days of processing documents related to state compulsory personal insurance for individuals, the necessary information to the Ministry’s subordinate State Social Protection Fund in both paper and electronic formats.
