The property of persons who have committed terrorism, financed terrorism and the persons who have committed crimes against fundamentals and security of the constitutional structure of the state will be specially confiscated and directed to the compensation of the damage caused to the victims and the state in the cases provided by the criminal law, this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Criminal Procedure Code, which was discussed at today's session of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan's Parliament), APA reports.
