On November 5, around 12 o’clock, the police received information about a mine explosion in the area of Tepekend village, Tartar district, which was not cleared of mines, the regional group of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told APA.

According to the Ministry, Huseynov Asif Novruz oghlu, born in 1960, a resident of Seyidimli village of the region, was injured.
