Azerbaijani MP noted that on November 17, in the decision on temporary measures of the International Court of Justice regarding Armenia's claim of the application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD) against Azerbaijan, false claims about the Azerbaijani state were considered groundless. The court confirmed Azerbaijan's sovereignty and territorial integrity once again, and rejected Armenia's request, which casted doubt on Azerbaijan's long-accepted and internationally recognized sovereignty over Garabagh.
