A draft law on creating the Aghdara district was submitted to Milli Majlis with the signature of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for discussion, APA reports. The territory of Aghdara district will be formed from the territory of Kalbajar, Tartar and Aghdam districts. Note that Aghdara district was abolished as an administrative-territorial unit in 1992 and its territory was divided between Kalbajar, Tartar and Aghdam districts. Source: Azeri-Press News Agency
