Gas exported from Shah Deniz increased up to 7%

In January-October of this year, 32,963.9 million cubic meters of gas were transported through main gas pipelines in Azerbaijan, and 4% increase was observed compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, the State Statistics Committee told APA-Economics. Noted that 55.2% of gas transportation was carried out through the Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum South Caucasus pipeline. Through this pipeline, gas produced in the "Shah Deniz" gas-condensate field is exported. Thus, during the reporting period, 18,209.8 million cubic meters of gas were transferred (6.7% increase compared to the corresponding indicator of 2022). Source: Azeri-Press News Agency
