In general, about 40,000 employees participated in special trainings for the successful conduct of the elections, Leonid Anfimov Representative of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States said this at a press conference, APA reports.
He said that the members of the mission observed that the elections were held openly in the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan, and according to the opinion of the mission, all necessary measures were taken for the transparent conduct of the elections.
