Baku: The number of electric passenger cars in Azerbaijan as of January 1, 2025, has been determined, the State Statistical Committee said in response to an inquiry from APA-Economics. The Committee noted that in 2024, the number of electric passenger vehicles in the country reached 5,941.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, in 2023, the number of electric passenger vehicles in Azerbaijan had reached 3,115. Last year, a total of 91,800 vehicles were imported into Azerbaijan, including 3,027 electric cars and 26,197 hybrid vehicles.
