The number of pensioners in Uzbekistan amounts to 4.3 million people.
According to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, in 2016 there were 3.3 million recipients of pensions and benefits in the country, in 2017 – 3.5 million, in 2018 – 3.7 million, in 2019 – 3.9 million, in 2020 – 4 million, and in 2021 – 4.3 million people.
