The US Senate has adopted the "Armenia Defense Act of 2023", APA reports citing the website of the Senate. According to the act, the US President is deprived of the right to refuse to implement the "907 amendments" to the "Freedom Support Act". In other words, the document provides for the prohibition of military aid to Azerbaijan. The document, among other things, allows Armenia to allocate funds for military purposes from abroad. The authors of the document are Senators Robert Casey, Harry Peters, Bill Cassidy, Gene Sheikh, John F. Kennedy, Joe Ricketts, Marco Rubio, and Chris Van Holland. Source: Azeri-Press news agency
